Monday,after the weekend

I was okay but not as good as I could have been. I hound a box of pop-tarts in the cabinet , not good. I was really bad not exercising . I keep saying no you do not need any of those unhealthy carb. but my uncool eating habits keep coming back.There was somethings I gave into but biggest loser keep coming  into my mind.Today is a new day and it is a good day even throw it is Monday.I am going to exercise tonight and start my Journey like I started, I need to close for know and go to pray and let God 
get me back on track. I started this Journey with prayer and now I need to get back on track. 10.6 lbs. off thanks to God pushing me forward.
