lost in my selfpity

I have not been blogging for a week, it really a bad withdraw for me. I had my left knee injected by my knee surgery DR and two days went to my foot Dr.he put me in the 3-d boot for 3 more weeks, How can I lose with a5 ls boot on my left foot for  2 weeks,no exercise. I will start over and not give up on my journey with God and me,
